How do I join Fit Carrot?
Simply fill out a short registration form and submit to us. We will send you an email that includes a confirmation link that you click on to complete the process.
How much does it cost?
It's completely free to be a member of Fit Carrot.
Are there any requirements to be a member?
You must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid email address and be a resident of the United States. Only one membership and email address is allowed per person. Fit Carrot reserves the right to terminate membership at Fit Carrot's sole discretion if a member has violated the rules of our Terms of Service.
When will my points be credited to my account after I've made an online purchase through Fit Carrot or submitted a recreational activity form?
Points from online shopping will generally be credited to your account within 30 days. However, each online store is different and some may take as many as 90 days to credit your account. Points from recreational activities may take up to 10 days to post to your account once Fit Carrot has verified the information submitted.
Where do I go to view a summary of my current points?
Go to My Account and click on Account Summary. Here you will see an overview of your reward activity.
I'm missing points or my point total is wrong.
What do I do?
Make sure it's been at least 30 days since your transaction. If it has, then contact our customer service department at customerservice@fitcarrot.com and provide the original transaction date, store name, item purchased and purchase amount.
What do I get when I redeem my points?
You will get a gift card from the redemption partner that you've chosen. A gift card in the amount you've earned will be mailed to you at no cost. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Do all of my online purchases qualify for points?
Purchases are credited to your account only if you begin your shopping session at Fit Carrot and click on a store link provided from our site. If you browse and decide to come back later to make a purchase, you need to click through Fit Carrot to get to the site where you ultimately want to shop to earn points.
Can I earn shopping or activity points if
I live outside of the U.S.?
Unfortunately not at this time.
Can I use gift cards, coupons, or store credits
to pay for my online purchases?
In order to receive credit from Fit Carrot you generally cannot use gift cards, coupons, store credits, or other online currency. Each store that is partnered with Fit Carrot has their own set of restrictions, so check each company's program details for specifics.
